The Islands Book Trust is keen to build up links with other countries, particularly where there are associations with Scottish islands, and to this end the following have agreed to be overseas representatives of the Book Trust:
- Ireland – Micheal de Mordha
- Faroes – Justines Olsen
- France – Jean-Didier Hache
- New Zealand – Cathie Macleod
- USA – Tully McIntyre
- Canada – Pauline MacLean
- Australia – Johnette Driver
- Japan – Machiko Schlumph-Terada
The main role of overseas representatives is to promote and represent the Book Trust in the relevant country, particularly by recruiting members and promoting our publications and events. Please contact them as appropriate.
